Pursuant to The State of Michigan's Public Acts 493 and 495, a record of sale must be on file with the City of Grand Blanc before the vehicle is released. This means that City of Grand Blanc will need a copy of the driver's license and signature of the new owner. City of Grand Blanc will not release vehicles to transports from out of state vendors. You must come in person to sign the title and pick up your vehicle.
